The Wildcat Residential Camp is a girls-only residential camp for players who are at least entering 8th grade or older this fall. Junior College student-athletes are also welcome. This is a competitive environment offering simulated college training sessions and the opportunity to experience the UA campus. Goalkeepers will also have specialized training sessions for technical work and will rejoin for matches each evening. This camp extends beyond the field; possible topics to be covered are a sports psychology workshop, nutrition info session, speed and agility training, parent and player Q&A session with coaches and college athletes, indoor futsal tournament, and full-sided outdoor competition. This is an environment where teams and individuals will benefit and improve.
CAMP LOCATION: We have the opportunity to utilize the University of Arizona’s amazing facilities. Each session’s is unique calling for different locations throughout the weekend. A more detailed schedule will be provided at check-in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All sessions include superior training from members of the UA Staff and current UA players, incredible facilities, and camp T-shirt. Also included are all meals, housing on campus at the dorms, and complimentary airport service. There is a camp store available during down times where money can be placed in a secure camp bank at your discretion. The housing department offers a $15 linen rental rate if you're interested in not packing those items. Items included: towels, washcloth, bed sheets and blankets.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT: The Camp will provide complimentary transport from Tucson International Airport to The University of Arizona campus (less than 10 miles away). Once you have received your confirmation letter via email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your flight information in order to take advantage of the free shuttle service. We do reserve the right to deny transport if flight information is not provided 5 days before the start of camp. Please do not rely on someone else to give us your daughter’s flight information.
MEALS: Residents will receive an All-Aboard meal card at the time of Check-In. This card is good at all on-campus food eateries. A variety of campus eateries will be open at The University of Arizona's Student Union between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Your card will have approximately the following amounts on it per meal per day: Breakfast $5.00, Lunch $6.50, and Dinner $8.50. Please see the individual camp descriptions for exactly which meals will be provided for each camp.
You will not receive a refund of any unused monies or have additional money added to your account if you spend your daily total. All cards must be returned at Check-out on Sunday. A $10.00 fee will be charged for any lost cards or cards not turned in at the conclusion of camp. Please report any lost cards as soon as possible.
There will be a camp store nightly, located in the dorms where the campers can buy pizza, snacks, drinks and UA soccer merchandise. In order to purchase items at the camp store, the campers will need their own individual money.
HANDLING THE ARIZONA HEAT: During the most brutal part of the day, the hot afternoon, we’ll be indoors. Please rest-assured the Camp has taken every precaution necessary to alleviate any heat issues. We will have a full-time trainer at the fields. The stadium is equipped with two air-conditioned rooms that are available anytime. A tent will be set-up on field for shade and campers will be repeatedly encouraged to apply sunscreen. Water breaks will be very frequent (every 10-15 min or more if necessary). Snacks can be brought from home or purchased from the Camp Store located at the field and in the dorm.
CAN PARENTS COME WATCH?: Parents are allowed and encouraged to watch camp. Saturday & Sunday mornings are the most conducive environment to watch our Tournament games. Those games will precede the Q&A Session for players and parents at 11:30 AM on Saturday & Sunday.
MEDICAL CARE: The camp will be supervised by a First Aid Responder at all times. The FAR’s role is to facilitate aid for minor injuries; for anything serious a hospital is only blocks away.
NOTE: A completed Medical Waiver must be completed prior to the start of participation.
